Founded in 2000, the company initially specialised in Revaluations and Due Diligence,
along with extensive works on Quotes systems and their attendant applications.
One of the primary aims of the company was to produce an all encompassing data repository
which could add real and tangible value to the Futures Forecasting processes within
the Contract Hire and Leasing industry. This lead directly to the creation of KWIKview,
with its first delivered application being to a Dealer group specialising in very
large volume short term Daily Rental supply, all on risk on buy-back. Forecasting
in this most volatile of business sectors had to be of the very highest standard,
and KWIKview provided the "ideal" solution for risk minimisation.
With great success in this application, the software was delivered to the first
Contract Hire and Leasing users in early 2001, and we are proud that all our users
remain clients today. Clients also encompass Vehicle Manufacturers, Finance Houses,
Insurers, and service providers such as disposal channel managers and automotive
web applications.
Whilst Revaluations, Due Diligence and Quote systems still form a large part of
the company workload, the various products within the KWIK systems portfolio continue
to reach an ever wider audience, with systems in operation up and down the UK, and
with full implementations delivered and in progress internationally.
Largely based around the data structures of FleetNet, the KWIK Systems are designed
and built to specifically take data from multiple sources, cross referencing the
various providers code structures as appropriate. Denis Keenan is currently Chairman
of the primary independent UK Automotive coding group, FleetNet Ltd, and KeeResources
encourages all industry companies to both join, and contribute to, the FleetNet

- FleetNet is a voluntary user group comprising of nearly 70 parties (including
all the major data providers) in the UK automotive arena that supplies a genuinely
independent coding structure for operating systems and cross referencing. FleetNet
is currently rebuilding the existing code to enhance the quality and extent of the
data, and the changes have gained great support from the industy at large. The rebuilt
code is also attracting strong international interest.
